Bath and Book time.

 I sometimes (well a lot of the time) become very anxious and worried its all to do with my depression and honestly, it’s annoying as hell when you can’t shake off this worry in your head and you can’t enjoy anything!

I find having a bath, a cup of coffee, a nice smelling candle and a book helps so much because music doesn’t always help when you feel anxious. I’m trying to take my time with Cassandra Clare’s ‘City of lost souls’ because I read the first four books in the series within a week and a half (I’m a very quick reader, it’s genetic).

So far I really like it and the characters are amazing. I have always been drawn to Angels, Demons, Gods and Monsters, this series really catches my attentions!
